Honey Mask for Acne

For centuries, people have been using honey mask for acne and for curing other marks, scars, spots etc. The honey mask for acne does not have a single recipe. It can be made with different combinations of herbs and other substances. Here I’ll show you the recipe that I get it from the book and don’t worry, I’ve been testing it out on myself. (unless you have alergic on honey, do not use this mask)

Benefit of Honey :

- Hygroscopic 

The hygroscopic nature of honey, which is when air is moved naturally absorbs moisture from the air. lacerations, it can be useful not to have moist skin scars, increase comfort, which makes it impossible to get any work to eliminate claims that have been glued to the skin. (like blackspot ,ect)

 - Antibacterials

 The research for medicine of the 20^th century founded Honey as the answer of antibiotics. Most effective antimicrobial agent honey increase, not a kind of bacteria. It contains hydrogen peroxide FERMENTAYIN make those who believe that the main reason is the act of antimicrobial honey.

- Fountains of Antioxidants 

 Honey contains a natural antioxidant, a substance that is able to dangerous biological agents      related to diseases like cancer.You are not just using honey antioxidants free radicals in the body    are taken from part of the rise of a new source of nutrients to the text. These properties, honey  is good for the sun to protect valuable help rejuvenate the skin look more youthful skin.

                                     OK, lets start!

Ingredents :

- Honey ( you can use organic Honey as an option )

How to use :

You just need to take two table spoon of honey for your entire faceJ.

This mask is sticky, this stickiness pulls away the dust, dead skin, microbes etc. from the pores while the anti microbial properties do not let the skin infected again. The anti oxidants in it helps make the skin look younger and last but not the least, the wax in it makes the skin smooth, shiny, moist and glowing.

After 25-30 minutes, rinse off with Warm Water (not HOT, warm) to open the pores, then to close the pores that been open, try to use an ice cube. Applied to your entire face, this will close the pores.

Makes sure the ice cube pass the section that been applied with honey previously.

I recommend to use this mask at least once a week
